MILLER – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
To request a return or exchange:
- It must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels and invoice included.
- The product must be free from scratches, damage, or deformities.
Non-Eligible Items:
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased using a gift card.
- Gifted items or any item received as an exchange.
How to Request a Return / Exchange:
Kindly Contact us at with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return/exchange
Once approved, we will share the return process and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
- If reverse pickup is available for your pincode, we will arrange it.
- If reverse pickup is not available, please ship the product to us using any local courier.
- Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- Reverse pickup and return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges:
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped.
- If you want a different product immediately, you may place a new order and proceed with return separately.
Refunds:
- Partial COD payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only to the original payment method once the return passes quality check.
- Processing time: 10-15 business days after we receive your return.
- Your bank/issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged / Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery along with an unboxing video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Important Notes:
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Returns may take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse after dispatch.
