1. What is the return window?

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

2. In what condition should the product be for return?

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • It must be in original packaging with tags/labels and invoice.
  • The product must be free from scratches, damage, or deformities.

3. Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased using a gift card.
  • Gifted items or items received as an exchange.
  • Items without proper packaging/tags.
  • Items returned without prior request or approval.

4. How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us at miller.info.in@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect concerns)

Once approved, we will share shipping instructions and next steps.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must ship the product using any local courier.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

7. How long does an exchange take?

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the exchange product.
  • If you want a different product urgently, you can place a new order and return the previous item separately.

8. When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed only after the return passes quality check.
  • Refund processing time: 10–15 business days from the date the returned item reaches our warehouse.
  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

9. How will I receive the refund?

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
(Only if QC is approved.)

10. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?

  • Please contact us on the same day of delivery and share an unboxing video.
  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement immediately.

11. How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page.
  • After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the courier and delivery location.

12. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

13. How long does it take for the return to reach your warehouse?

Returns usually take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse after dispatch.

14. What happens if I send back a product without approval?

Items sent back without requesting a return first or without approval will not be accepted.
